What I need YOU to do:
Get together with your writing partner and do a final edit on each others paper. Use the "Peer Editing Sheet" to do so. Each paper that is turned in will need to have a peer editing worksheet attached to it.
You will have your graphic organizers, revisions, and peer feedback to make final corrections. This is the last step before publishing so be careful and pay attention to detail.
Things to consider while editing:
1.) Has all spelling and/or grammar errors been corrected?
2.) Does my story have a beginning, middle and end? Remember, use transition words.
3.) Are my characters and plot strong enough to transform my reader?
4.) Have I re-read my final copy before publication?
If you have done number 4, turn in your paper for final review.
